摘要: 先天性白内障儿童异常的眼球发育与白内障遮盖视轴导致形觉剥夺有关,可靠地评估其术后眼前、后节的生物参数变化,有利于指导先天性白内障的治疗方式。先天性白内障术后中央角膜厚度增厚、眼轴长度倾向于正常增长,而角膜内皮细胞、视网膜及脉络膜厚度是否变化尚存在一定的争议,这可能与术者、研究对象、是否植入人工晶状体、随访时长、研究方法、对照组的选择等因素有关。(国际眼科纵览,2022, 46:34-38)

Abstract: Abnormal eye development of congenital cataract (CC) children is correlated with visual deprivation obscuring the visual axis. Reliable estimates of the associated characteristics of anterior and posterior segmental biometry can benefit the guidelines for CC treatment. The thickness of the central cornea increased and the axial length tended to increase normally after the operation, while the changes of corneal endothelial cells, thickness of retina and choroid have certain differences, which may be related to the surgeon, the research subjects, with or without intraocular lens (IOL) implantation, the duration of follow-up, the research methods, the selection of the control group and other factors.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2022, 46: 34-38)
